AAA is hiring 7 Full time (40 hours) positions for a training class on October 22. They hope to  extend offers by Tuesday of next week. 

Call Center Representatives.

AAA Northeast has immediate full time openings on morning, afternoon and evening shifts. For immediate consideration, send an email to stating your interest. You could be hired by Tuesday October 9th-- Really! All new hires will train for three weeks, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. After that, you can choose a shift that fits your schedule. All shifts are 5 days per week with one weekend day included. Morning, afternoon and evening shifts available.

Pay starts at $12.25 per hour, more based on education and experience. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance and 401K.

SUMMARY: Receives and records requests for emergency road service and responds to inquires about products, services and membership benefits by performing the following duties.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:* Answers incoming emergency road service calls and obtains detailed information and enters information into the database such as name of club member, location of disabled vehicle, and nature of vehicle malfunction.* Responds to calls from members and potential members with questions about AAA products, services, and membership benefits.* Cross sells upgrades and recommends products and services.* Relays billing discrepancies to customer care specialist.* Obtains payment information and enters into the database.* Adds or deletes members to master coverage.* Provides driving directions to incoming callers by using direction software.* Communicates positively in difficult or emotional situations.

QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or the equivalent and one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Customer service experience preferred.  To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of database software, effective communication skills presenting information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
