A local government office is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to assist the Comptroller. The selected candidate would assist in payment or rejection of claims or bills by the Town and assist in examining and auditing the accounts of all Town Officers and Departments. The individual would also assist with financial reports, prepare budgets, scan and preserve records, assist with payroll and assist with monthly bank reconciliations.
Candidate must possess excellent Accounts/Payable and Payroll experience. Applicants must be able to work Monday thru Friday, 8am-4:30pm.
