Member Services Specialist II

Actively promote self-serve technology at the Financial Center to decrease manual transactions and increase automated transaction to support the Financial Center service concept
Educate, encourage and sell members on the use of alternative delivery channels, including BNA ATM’s, kiosks, bill payment, bank to bank, telephone and on-line banking.  Qualifications:

Manager, Core Processing

Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, planning, and operation of the core processing software by scheduling and directing the operation of the core processing system and the data processing production environment. The Manager will ensure efficient, effective and timely service is provided to AmeriCU. He/she will direct and manage the administration and operations of the Member Technology Services (MTS) Core Processing Department within the guidelines of established strategic and tactical objectives. This role will research and recommend new processes and methodologies to improve the department’s and enterprise’s work flow via programs, operations, automation and other uses of technology.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred; or related experience and/or training.  7-10 years of experience using Jack Henry products, specifically Symitar. Must have a proven track record in project management skills, capable of leading multiple, significant projects simultaneously while maintaining high internal and external service level agreements.

Human Resources Specialist

This position will develop and execute short and long-term recruiting strategies and build relationships with candidates, local organizations, staffing agencies and hiring managers to develop a pipeline of talent to meet our business needs and help grow our talented workforce. In addition, this position will support the Human Resources department and be an ambassador for the company and the department. Qualifications:  Minimum Associate’s Degree in HR or related field, Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field desired. PHR certification a plus.  2+ years’ experience full life cycle recruiting Understanding and practical experience in human resource concepts and compliance, including familiarity with employment law as it relates to interviewing and hiring.

Delinquency Collector

The Delinquency Collector’s role is to reduce delinquencies/Charge off to the lowest possible percentage of outstanding loans. The delinquency collector must ensure that all assigned delinquent accounts are reviewed and contacted as outlined by the collection schedule to minimize the financial risk to the credit union. All work is subject to review and/or audit on a no-notice basis by the Supervisor, Management, Senior Management and/or Internal/External Auditors.  Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalency and a minimum one – two years related experience.

Deposit Operations Specialist

The Deposit Operations Specialist II will perform various Deposit Operation tasks supporting member transaction posting, clearing, support and administration including: Reconciliation of Federal Reserve and Treasury accounts, teller work general ledger balancing and reconciliation processes, ATM cash and check deposit balancing and reconciliation, etc.  Qualifications: Two year degree in Finance or related field and 2 or more years general work experience.  Financial Institution experience preferred.  Applicable Deposit Operations certifications; ACH, Electronic payments, IRA/HAS.
