RCIL’s Human Resources (HR) Department is looking for a new Coordinator to provide administrative, credentialing and recruitment support. The successful candidate will be expected to:

  • Distribute, collect and track new employee packets for all internal hires, Personal Care Aides, Direct Support Professionals and Many Hearts staff; check for completeness and accuracy;
  • Follow up with prospective employees, HR colleagues and supervisors on missing or incomplete documentation;
  • Serve as administrative support to the HR Liaisons for packet review and entry into ADP and Medisked;
  • Update and maintain employment packets with current forms and policies, as needed;
  • Ensure that all pre-employment documentation including but not limited to: Physical and Mantoux tests, references, fingerprinting and other required checks are complete;
  • Run confidential ADP reports as requested by your supervisor;
  • Develop new employee files, ensure files are complete, organized and orderly;
  • Assist Recruiters with recruitment fairs and various administrative tasks; and
  • Provide expert back-up support to the Human Resources Specialist and secondary back-up to the Human Resources Auditor.

Who may be considered:

Candidates with a minimum of (4) years of administrative experience; Human Resources experience in a Human Services setting is highly preferred.

Candidates will be expected to provide excellent customer service. Excellent computer, organizational, attention to detail, and oral and written communication skills are required.

AIS is looking for a Benefits and Compensation Specialist to oversee and administer the employees benefits and compensation programs. Incumbent will be responsible for aligning our benefit and compensation programs with AIS’s philosophy as well as assisting with the development of programs that will increase employee performance, engagement and retention.  The candidate will also have responsibility with the ongoing assessment our programs to ensure they contribute to attracting, retaining and motivating superior talent, aligning performance with AIS values while enhancing our company’s profile as a best place to work.

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Administer employee benefits programs such as retirement plans; medical, dental, vision plans; life insurance plans; STD and LTD plans; and wellness programs including assisting with design, implementation, change management, all enrollment processes; new, change in status and open enrollment. Serve as Benefit Plan administrator as assigned.
  • Evaluate and compare existing company benefits with those of other employers by analyzing other plans, surveys and other sources of information. Plan, develop and/or participate in area and industry surveys. Analyze results of surveys and develop specific recommendations for review by management.
  • Work with Brokers to prepare RFP and renewals. Evaluates quotation and make recommendations
  • Implement new plans or changes to existing plans by preparing announcement materials, plan summary documents and other media for communicating plans to employees. Conduct employee meetings and arrange for enrollment. Advise and counsel HR team, managers and employees on existing benefits.
  • Prepare and execute, with legal consultation, benefits documentation, such as original and amended plan documents, SPD’s, benefit agreements and insurance policies. Instruct insurance carriers, trustees and other administrative agencies outside the company to effect changes in benefits program. Ensure prompt and accurate compliance.
  • Manage all statutory compliance requirements and annual reporting requirement


  • Support the AIS compensation philosophy in line with our work culture and organizational objectives by following our processes to monitor and update our salary program.
  • Work with CHRO and HRBP’s to develop compensation levels for all positions utilizing salary survey data to ensure internal and external equity
  • Work with HRBP’s and recruiting on development of new job evaluations, descriptions and FLSA classifications as well as maintaining and updating JD’s as required.
  • Work with CHRO and HRBP’s to new offers and salary changes to ensure internal equity and regulatory compliance
  • Participate in compensation surveys to analyze AIS’ competitive position
  • Conduct periodic reviews and audits of job descriptions and job titles

Required Education, Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field and a minimum of 5 years’ experience within Human Resources or the equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 3 years’ working experience within the employee benefits and/or compensation functions of a human resources department
  • Working knowledge of HRIS and benefit portal systems
  • Working knowledge of FLSA, ERISA, ACA and related federal and state regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
  • Good understanding of the employment life cycle
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong analytics and quantitative skills
  • Compensation and/or Benefits certification(s) preferred
