The Pathway Home 2 Grant is By Referral Only.
This program is to develop a stronger employment system linkage between the Oneida County Jail and Offenders returning to the Utica/Rome communities from state Facilities. The efforts are aimed at changing mind-set by increasing education, increasing skills to good paying employment and reducing recidivism. Help with attaining HSE, other education and training. Assistance securing employment.
Eligibility
Age 25 and over
Offenders returning back to the community from State Facilities
We cannot fund or provide services to any male over the age of 18 who has not registered for selective service.
