The WRITE Program is contracted through Integrated Community Alternatives Network’s (ICAN) Evelyn’s House.
WRITE aims to help the participants of Evelyn’s House obtain and further develop the soft skills needed for successful, long-term employment through Interactive Journaling and other tools.
Evelyn’s House is a referral-based rehabilitation program for women ages 16-24 through ICAN. At Evelyn’s House, they strive to assist young mothers with successful integration in the community. Whether it is helping them find permanent housing, finish graduating high school, develop parenting and life skills; ICAN helps mothers utilize community resources such as the Workforce Development Board, Working Solutions and other outlets.
