Pathways to Justice Careers

Pathways to Justice Careers will help participants gain experience within the criminal justice and emergency services fields and build long-lasting relationships with the community’s law enforcement and public safety agencies.


Applicants must be:

  • High school student in 11th or 12th grade between 16-21
    years old
  • Utica resident
  • Interested in a criminal justice, emergency services, or
    related field

  • Tutoring
  • Resume Assistance
  • Life Skills
  • Mentoring Internships/Job Shadowing
  • Supportive Services

Pathways to Justice Careers is for high school juniors and seniors between 16-21 years old. In order to qualify, students must be residents of Utica. This program is 100% funded by a United States Department of Labor Employment & Training Administration grant of $999,986.
