Reception/Billing Clerk Need – Full time for a medical office in Oneida, NY.

Days and Hours: Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm with some evening hours possible.

Duties: Answer phones and schedule appointments in busy counseling clinic. Create and maintain client charts. Reception duties including checking clients in, taking co-pays, etc. Also checking insurances and other billing duties. Must maintain strictest confidentiality. Accuracy, dependability and professional demeanor required.

Qualifications:

High school diploma and one year of office experience. Medical office experience not required, but would be optimal.

Pay is negotiable based on experience. Benefits include medical and dental insurance, paid vacation, sick leave, paid holidays and retirement plan.
