Are you sick of working inside the same kitchen? Would you prefer to work as a chef/cook and manage people in the great outdoors?  How would you like to operate/manage two food trailers while working at antique shows, music festivals, motorcycle events, stockcar races, tractor pulls, weddings and private parties, etc.?  Candidates would be required to cook on flat top grills, operate fryers and attend to and operate bbq smokers at the venue.
