Casters.

Full time, all shifts.

Dutchland Plastics LLC, a leading custom rotational molder, is seeking motivated, reliable, and flexible Casters for their first, second and third shifts. Dutchland is also seeking a 3rd shift Supervisor.

• Focus "Safety First" when performing your job.
• Actively engage in all lean manufacturing activities.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by implementing 6-S principles.
• Clear molds of finished product/s.
• Load raw materials into mold.
• Measure and weigh raw material.
• Follow quality standards and process.

Successfully Complete Dutchland Rotational Molding Training:

• Basic Mold Care
• Venting 101
• Intro to materials used in Rotational molding
• Mold Release. What to use and when to use it
• The basics of 6-S

Job Requirements:

• Manufacturing experience a plus.
• Reliable transportation.
• Proven work history with good attendance.
• Ability to troubleshoot rotational molding situations and provide solutions.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to use basic quality control tools and to read blueprints.

Physical Requirements:
This is a physically demanding position; employees must possess the physical qualities necessary to perform the following job requirements:

• Casters are continuously required to stand; walk; carry; grasp/grip; and lift up to 25 pounds.
• The position frequently requires the ability to bend/twist; push; and pull.
• On occasion, this position requires the ability to climb; move in repetitive motions; and lift up to 50 pounds.

Work Environment: Manufacturing plant environment with warmer temperatures near ovens.
