Seeking Customer Service Representatives to support a leading Insurance Company's Group Life Insurance customer service team. In this role, you will assist customers over the phone by answering policy-related questions, processing requests, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Training

Mandatory In-Person Training

  • Onboarding: First 3 days
  • Training: August 3, 2026 – September 8, 2026
  • Nesting: September 9, 2026 – September 22, 2026

Training Schedule

  • Monday – Friday
  • 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM EST
  • 30-minute lunch
  • No planned time off is permitted during training and nesting.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls regarding employer-sponsored life insurance policies.
  • Assist customers with policy enrollment and coverage changes.
  • Update or change beneficiary information.
  • Explain policy provisions, coverage details, and exclusions.
  • Assist customers with continuing coverage after retirement or leaving an employer.
  • Provide status updates on customer requests.
  • Resolve billing and payment inquiries.
  • Process customer transactions and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1–3 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable working in a structured, performance-driven environment.

Work Schedule

Following training, work schedules will be assigned based on training performance and business needs.

  • Monday – Friday
  • Operating Hours: 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM EST
  • Candidates must be flexible to work assigned shifts.

Schedule selection is based on:

  • Progress check scores
  • Attendance

  • Class participation

  • Technical proficiency

  • Decision-making

  • Adaptability
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ownership of learning
  • Overall training performance

Remote Work Requirements

  • High-speed wired internet connection (Wi-Fi and mobile hotspots are not permitted).
  • Quiet, secure workspace suitable for handling confidential customer information.
  • Ability to use video during interviews, coaching sessions, team meetings, and virtual training.
  • Associates located near the company office may be required to report onsite one day per month or whenever remote work is not possible due to technical or internet issues.

  • Docking station

All equipment must be returned within one week after the assignment ends.
