The Case Manager will be responsible for recruitment, intake and case management of participants; oversee training and/or employment placement of participants; and coordinate services with partner training providers and employers.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred, or relevant work experience.
Experience in human services.

Experience working with people with disabilities, previously incarcerated individuals and disadvantaged backgrounds.
Details and Benefits:
Typical working hours are 8:30 AM-4:30 PM, one-hour lunch with some flexibility allowed.
35-hour work week
