TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES

• Herkimer Working Solutions is hosting free computer training classes! Learn basic computer skills, internet basics, career search skills, Microsoft Word and Excel and more. They have sessions every 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month starting at 2:00PM. Space is limited – call (315) 867-1400 to register. 
• Real Life Rosies Bootcamp – A great opportunity for women! Prepare for a career or Registered Apprenticeship in Modern Manufacturing. There is no cost to participate. Transportation and childcare are available. The next training runs June 29 – September16, 2026. The program is offered by the Manufacturers Talent Institute, NYS Department of Labor, and NYS Empire State Development.
