The New York State Department of Labor (NYSDOL) wants your help to figure out how to better align worker skills to business needs, and to better meet the needs of today's job seekers. 

Every year, the Business Workforce Survey gathers insight from thousands of businesses and job seekers from all regions and industries. This feedback helps NYSDOL understand current workforce needs and guides the programs, services, and policies that support New York's economy. NYSDOL will ask employers about what they are experiencing in the economy and their use of emerging technology, including artificial intelligence, to gain greater insight into their needs.

The Department will share the survey results with leaders in education, workforce development, business associations, training providers and much more.
