Job Description: Assemble wood framed structural members of houses, apartments, hotels, and other types of buildings. To be an employee at S.R. Sloan, Inc. you must be a hardworking and a reliable person that is willing to show up every day with a good work ethic. Your job duties will include placing cut lumber and connector plates in position on assembly tables, hammering plates, and banding complete trusses, and catching sawn lumber off the saw. You may also be framing walls together on assembly tables with nail guns, cutting sheathing, nailing wood components together with a nail gun, or stacking the wall panels.
