FREE Virtual Job Fair Tuesday, January 30, 2024

All businesses and job seekers in the following counties are invited to register: Herkimer, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, Chenango, Delaware, and Otsego counties.

The job fair will take place Tuesday, January 30th, from 11am to 1pm.

There will also be staff available from our training grant programs to talk to job seekers about how our free grant programs can help job seekers get started in a satisfying and good paying career.

Hiring Immediately: Case Manager and Director/Case Manager

Case Manager:

Full time for Johnson Park Center in Utica, NY.

Days and Hours: Sunday through Thursday 9 am to 5:30 pm.

Description:

This position assures compliance with DSS, Food Stamps, SSI and rental subsidy requirements.  Assist in implementation of service plans based on person centered care.  Will assist (hands on) tenants in areas chosen by the tenant population, including financial literacy, computer skills, healthy meals/snacks, or other educational programs geared towards the frail/elderly.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Services.  One to two years' experience working with vulnerable populations. Valid New York State driver's license strongly preferred.

Pay: $25.00-$27.50/hour.

Benefits: Vacation, Holiday Pay, Sick Leave, Retirement.

Director/Case Manager:

Days and Hours: Monday through Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm.

Description:

Leads and is responsible for all programmatic activities for ESSHI funded residents, including, but not limited to, mental, physical and social health.  Acts as a liaison to ESSHI residents, building management to ensure compliance and safety, and the wellness of residents.  Responsible to train and lead all employees.  Coordinates all new move in, transitions, and service plan of residents.

Responsible for all Reports-Inspections.

Requirements:

Master's Degree in Human Services and 3+ years experience in a leadership role. Valid New York State driver's license strongly preferred. Must have computer skills. Drug screen required.

Pay: $30.00-$32.00/hour.

Benefits: Vacation, Holiday Pay, Sick Leave, Retirement.
