• 1/4/24 -Free Northstar Computer Literacy training at 2pm on Thursday January 4th at Herkimer Working Solutions, 320 N. Prospect Street, Herkimer. Learn basic computer skills, internet basics, career search skills, Microsoft Word and Excel and more. For more information call 315-867-1400.
• 1/8/24-Carpenter’s Local #277 is hiring both apprentice and journeyman carpenters. With lots of big construction projects coming up in the local area, this is a great opportunity to earn good money while you learn skills that will last a lifetime. Don’t miss the Apprenticeship Information Session Monday, January 8,2024 at 6 pm in the first- floor conference room at the State Office Building, 207 Genesee Street. Please be on time and use the Genesee Street entrance.
• 1/17/24-Utica Working Solutions is hosting a Mini Job Fair. From 11 am to 1 pm, you can meet with representatives from Casa Imports, Wilcor, Wolfspeed, Kelberman Center, Sturges Manufacturing, and Carpenters’ Local 277.
