• 6/5/23—North Atlantic States Regional Council of Carpenters (Local 277) is holding and information session for Apprentice and Journeyman looking to join the Union. The information session starts promptly at 6 pm in the conference room on the 1^st floor of the State Office Building, 207 Genesee St. Utica. Attendees should use the Genesee St. entrance.
• 6/6/23—Student and Community Job Fair at Central Valley Academy in Ilion from 1 pm to 4 pm.
• 6/7/23—Free Six County Virtual Job Fair from 11 am to 1 pm featuring businesses from Herkimer, Madison, Oneida, Chenango, Delaware, and Otsego counties. 
• 6/7/23—NY State Office of Mental Health is having a Career Fair from 11 am to 6 pm at 9005 Old River Road in Marcy. Now hiring food service workers, social workers, recreation therapists, secure care treatment aides, environmental services workers, nurses and many other job titles. For more information, email 
• June 8^th from 10 am to 12 pm Herkimer Working Solutions will be hosting  a representative from Wilcor International. They will be hoping to hire an Administrative Assistant, an Accounts Receivable Clerk and Maintenance and Warehouse workers. 
• 6/21/23—In Person Mini Job Fair from 11 am to 1 pm at Utica Working Solutions. • 6/22/23—Central/Mohawk Valley Virtual Career Fair 11 am to 2 pm
• Pratt & Whitney HMI Interview Day in Clayville, NY is each Wednesday; Must apply online at https://www.Careers.RTX.com and receive invite from business.
• Walmart in Utica and New Hartford is holding open interviews on Tuesdays at 5 pm at the Utica Walmart and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11 am at the New Hartford Walmart. A flyer is attached.

The RADAR project advances the U.S. Department of Labor’s efforts to expand and modernize Registered Apprenticeship by increasing the number of programs and apprentices, diversifying the industries that use Registered Apprenticeship and improving the access to and performance of Registered Apprenticeship Programs for underrepresented and underserved communities, with individuals with disabilities as the primary participants. This program is 100% funded by a United States Department of Labor - Employment and Training Administration’s (ETA) award of $2,999,993. RADAR staff will be available at the job fair to speak with anyone interested in participating in the grant.
