Giotto Enterprises consists of seven companies, all here in the greater Utica/Rome area, and is seeking dependable and reliable individuals in fiber optic manufacturing and assembly.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Follow defined procedures to manufacture, assemble and test fiber optic cable.
• Operate precision automated and manual equipment.
• Maintain high quality standards and complete quality records.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area.

Qualifications:
• Dependable and strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow directions and attention to detail.
• Verbal and written understanding of English.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a team environment to meet daily production goals.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, climb, balance, and lift for duration of shift.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50lbs.
• Manual dexterity.

Job Type: Full-time, 7:00am -3:30pm

Salary: $14.20 - $15.00 hourly rate
IMPORTANT: Wage rate will be commensurate with position, shift worked, experience, education, and required skills.
