- The Workforce Development Board, Herkimer, Madison, Oneida Counties, Inc., is recruiting for Case Managers to be based in Utica, NY. Case Managers will be responsible for recruitment, intake, and case management of participants; oversee training and/or employment placement of participants; and coordinate services with partner training providers and employers. This position is full time, salary range $45,000 - $50,000 with benefits, including health & dental insurance, retirement fund matching up to 6%, 35-hour work week, 2 weeks’ vacation. - Critical Sectors Job Quality Grant – This program aids to implement systems change in workforce development efforts for individuals located in the Greater Mohawk Valley region of New York State who work in the Childcare Sector or are in need of childcare.

- Real Life Rosies Bootcamp – A great opportunity for women! Prepare for a career or Registered Apprenticeship in Advanced Manufacturing. There is no cost to participate. Transportation and childcare are available. $1000 stipend upon completion of the program. The next training runs February 3 – April 22, 2025. It will be over the course of 3 weeks, every Tuesday and Wednesday, starting February 11th until February 26th. On the final day, all attendees will receive a certificate for completing the course (18 hours of training).
